Piadinas - italian flat bread sandwich

Recipe
Flat bread dough
- 1 and 1/2 sifted flour
 - 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - a bit of salt to taste
 - pinch of oregano or basil
 - 1/2 cup of water
 - 1/4 cup of olive oil
 
Toppings
- hummus
 - 1 medium brown onion
 - 1/2 avocado
 - 150g marinated tofu
 - 1 big tomato
 - olives/jalapenos/gherkins for taste
 - sauces tomato sauce, mayo, mustard
 
Preparation
- Mix all dough ingredients and divide dough equally into 5 pieces
 - Roll out every piece into a round - about 22cm diameter
 - Preheat a skillet and add every piece one after another
 - Cook every item until both sides have golden spots
 
Serve
Once a piece is cooked add toppings starting with hummus.
