Recipe

Flat bread dough

  • 1 and 1/2 sifted flour
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • a bit of salt to taste
  • pinch of oregano or basil
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

Toppings

  • hummus
  • 1 medium brown onion
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 150g marinated tofu
  • 1 big tomato
  • olives/jalapenos/gherkins for taste
  • sauces tomato sauce, mayo, mustard

Preparation

  • Mix all dough ingredients and divide dough equally into 5 pieces
  • Roll out every piece into a round - about 22cm diameter
  • Preheat a skillet and add every piece one after another
  • Cook every item until both sides have golden spots

Serve

Once a piece is cooked add toppings starting with hummus.
