Batter - mix together

  • 3 cup almond or soy milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 and 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • a bit of salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon brown rice sirup

Fry crepes

Preheat a skillet and add a bit of oil. Pour thin layer of batter to cover the surface. Don’t over dry it.

Serve

Serve with yogurt, fruits, peanut butter, etc.
