Cashew spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 large brown onion
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cup water
Cashews
- 1/2 cup cashews
- Enough boiled water to soak all cashews
- Soak cashews in hot water for 2 hours
Onion
- Chop onion into tiny pieces, perhaps use food processor
- Heat up a skillet with 1 cup of water and add chopped onion
- In the mean time chop garlic finely and add it to the onion
- Keep it together for water to evaporate and onion to soften
The sauce - add to the blender
- Dry cashews and add them to the blender
- Add 1/2 cup of water
- Add the rest of ingredients to the blender
- Blend everything together
- Adjust the thickness adding water - if needed
Serve
- Boil about 160 gram pasta
- Preheat a skillet and add a bit of oil
- Add sun dried tomatoes, asparagus or other veggies
- Fry them a little
- Pour half of the sauce
- Add pasta
- Heat everything up until ready to eat
