Recipe

Bananas

  • 2 or 3 ripe bananas
  • Mashed with a fork

Batter - mix together until uniform

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup plant based protein powder
  • 2 and 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 4 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Mix bananas and batter together

  • Add bananas to the batter
  • Mix it, but not too much, banana lumps should be present

Use skillet to fry pancakes

The diameter of the pancake is not important. It is important however for the pancakes to be not too thick.

Serve

Serve with yogurt, fruits, peanut butter, etc.
