Kumara pancakes

Kumara
- 3/4 kg kumara Boil kumara until they are soft.
Batter - mix together until uniform
- Boiled kumara
- 1 and 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup almond milk, or a bit more if the mixture is too thick
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon brown rice sirup
Use skillet to fry pancakes
The diameter of the pancake is not important. It is important however for the pancakes to be not too thick.
Serve
Serve with yogurt, fruits, peanut butter, etc.
