Activate dry yeast

  • 7 gm active dry yeast
  • 320 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Dissolve sugar in water and warm it up, lukewarm temperature is enough. Add active yeast and mix it gently. Put it aside for 10 minutes.

Dry ingredients - mix together

  • 1/2 kg plain flour (sift it to break up lumps)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • salt and pepper for taste

Mix yeast and dry together

The easy way to do it is to use food processor.

  • Add dry ingredients
  • Add yeast
  • Put it aside for 90 minutes to grow.
