Activate dry yeast
- 7 gm active dry yeast
- 320 ml water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
Dissolve sugar in water and warm it up, lukewarm temperature is enough. Add active yeast and mix it gently. Put it aside for 10 minutes.
Dry ingredients - mix together
- 1/2 kg plain flour (sift it to break up lumps)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- salt and pepper for taste
Mix yeast and dry together
The easy way to do it is to use food processor.
- Add dry ingredients
- Add yeast
- Put it aside for 90 minutes to grow.
The result
