Prepare ingredients

  • 3 cans brown lentils
  • 2 brown onions
  • 2 can garlic cloves
  • 1 cup sunflower seed
  • 1 cup cooked basmanti rice
  • 1 table spoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup tapioca
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Basil

Preparation

  • Slice onions into small pieces - in food processor
  • Roast sunflower seeds
  • Slice capsicums into strips
  • Press garlic cloves
  • Mix well all ingredients in a bowl
  • Form cutlets with your hands
  • Cook cutlets in the oven at 180 degrees of Celcius for 18 minutes
  • Then flip them and cook for another 15 minutes

Serve

Serve with potato mash and greens.
