Lentil cutlets
Yields about 25 cutlets

Prepare ingredients
- 3 cans brown lentils
- 2 brown onions
- 2 can garlic cloves
- 1 cup sunflower seed
- 1 cup cooked basmanti rice
- 1 table spoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup tapioca
- Pinch of black pepper
- Basil
Preparation
- Slice onions into small pieces - in food processor
- Roast sunflower seeds
- Slice capsicums into strips
- Press garlic cloves
- Mix well all ingredients in a bowl
- Form cutlets with your hands
- Cook cutlets in the oven at 180 degrees of Celcius for 18 minutes
- Then flip them and cook for another 15 minutes
Serve
Serve with potato mash and greens.
