Chocolate sunflower brownie

Ingredients
- 280g raw sunflower seeds
- 75g cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 160g cup sugar or sweet syrup
- 20g vanilla extract
- 180g water
- 8 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Grease loaf pan
- Process sunflower seeds in food processor until flour is formed
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Add the rest of ingredients and process until completely smooth
- Pour the batter into the pan
- Bake for 40 mins
