Ingredients
- 473ml warm water
- 2 tablespoons brown rice sirup
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 470g wholemeal flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Mix together water and brow rice sirup
- Sprinkle yeast over the water and let it sit 10mins until activate and foamy
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix until sticky dough forms and then mix vigorously for 1min
- Seal the dough container with a plastic cover and put it aside for 1 and 1/2 hrs or until doubles the size
- Mix the dough for about 30s
- Seal the dough container again with a plastic cover for 1 and 1/2 hrs or until doubles the size
- Preheat the oven to 180 celsius degrees
- Oil the baking form/pan
- Mix the dough for about 30s to remove the air and place it in the baking form/pan, spread it evenly over the entire surface
- Bake the bread for 40 to 45 mins
- Let the bread cool down in the form/pan for 30mins
- Take the bread out of the form/pan and let it cool down
