Ingredients

  • 473ml warm water
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice sirup
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 470g wholemeal flour
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Mix together water and brow rice sirup
  • Sprinkle yeast over the water and let it sit 10mins until activate and foamy
  • Add the rest of ingredients and mix until sticky dough forms and then mix vigorously for 1min
  • Seal the dough container with a plastic cover and put it aside for 1 and 1/2 hrs or until doubles the size
  • Mix the dough for about 30s
  • Seal the dough container again with a plastic cover for 1 and 1/2 hrs or until doubles the size
  • Preheat the oven to 180 celsius degrees
  • Oil the baking form/pan
  • Mix the dough for about 30s to remove the air and place it in the baking form/pan, spread it evenly over the entire surface
  • Bake the bread for 40 to 45 mins
  • Let the bread cool down in the form/pan for 30mins
  • Take the bread out of the form/pan and let it cool down
