Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of oat bran
  • 1 and 1/2 plain flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 chia eggs (2 tablespoon of chia seed mixed with 8 tablespoon of water)
  • 1/4 cup apricots or raisins or dates soaked in water

Preparation

  • Grease 12 muffin cups or use silicon cups
  • Mix together all ingredients
  • Spoon butter into muffin cups
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
  • Bake for 15 mins
